The Villa

A house built around the view.

Layered terraces, glass and teak, arranged so the rainforest runs through the house and the Pacific is always in front of you.

Architecture

Six suites. Eight bathrooms. One group at a time.

Tree House sits high on a ridge above Playa Hermosa, where the rainforest meets the Pacific. The architecture follows the terrain rather than flattening it — glass, teak and raw concrete arranged in layers, so the canopy runs through the house and the ocean is never out of sight.

Six master suites open to their own balconies. Above them, a rooftop built for sunset. Below, a pool terrace that meets the horizon. A private elevator connects every level, so the house works as easily for three generations as it does for a group of friends.

Indoor and outdoor, continuous

Sliding glass runs the length of the main level, so the living space and the pool terrace are effectively one room.

Every level is easy to reach

A private elevator and gentle exterior stairs connect the floors — the house works for every generation in the group.

Privacy by design

The villa sits above the road, screened by mature planting, with no neighbouring property overlooking the terraces.
